Marinators retain flavors, juiciness and impart texture to meat products with the capacity and hygiene required for food products with capacities from approximately 50kg to 1000kg.
When vacuum-marinating, meat products are coated and fully impregnated with the marinade seasoning that adheres to the product, recovering the juiciness and texture of the products quickly and hygienically.
